SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver AXION Gears orders across Pakistan.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays may require an additional 1–2 working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

A flat delivery charge of PKR 310 applies across Pakistan. The final shipping amount is displayed at checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. AXION Gears may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm an order before dispatch.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

To change or cancel an order, contact us before it has been dispatched. An order cannot be changed or cancelled after dispatch.
